The new eNeighbors is available for most users as of 9am CDT on 9/5/13.

Unfortunately, we experienced some trouble during the upgrade with our DNS servers, which may delay access to the new website for up to 24 hours for some users. We are waiting until DNS has completely updated before sending an email to users that the new site is ready for use.
